Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the standards of acceptable conduct when accessing the Invoizify WhatsApp agent, web dashboards, APIs, and associated services. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

2. Strictly prohibited activities

2.1. Fraudulent, False, or Deceptive Invoicing

You must not use Invoizify to:

  • Generate bogus, sham, or fictitious invoices for transactions that did not occur;
  • Evade Goods and Services Tax (GST), Income Tax, customs duties, or other statutory levies;
  • Facilitate circular trading, fake Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims, or fraudulent financial reporting;
  • Issue invoices on behalf of legal entities, companies, or individuals without their explicit written authorization;
  • Alter or forge tax documents, PANs, GSTINs, or digital signatures.

2.2. Impersonation, Social Engineering & Phishing

You must not:

  • Impersonate any natural person, company, bank, government agency, or tax authority;
  • Use invoice notes or custom payment links to deliver deceptive phishing links, fraudulent UPI payment handles, or malicious wire instructions;
  • Harvest personal or financial data of third parties unlawfully.

2.3. System Abuse, Security Compromise & Automation

You must not:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Invoizify systems, APIs, or networks;
  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features, license keys, rate-limiters, or usage quotas;
  • Deploy unauthorized automated scripts, web spiders, bots, or scrapers against our WhatsApp bot or web dashboard;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from Invoizify software.

2.4. Unlawful, Harmful, or Prohibited Commercial Activities

Invoizify must not be used to invoice for, support, or facilitate:

  • Weapons, firearms, explosives, or military-grade hardware;
  • Illicit narcotics, controlled psychotropic substances, or unapproved pharmaceuticals;
  • Gambling, unauthorized betting, lottery operations, or prohibited financial schemes (e.g., ponzi schemes, unauthorized chit funds);
  • Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, hate speech, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
  • Unsolicited commercial spam or mass harassment over WhatsApp.

3. Reporting abuse & enforcement

3.1. If you believe a fraudulent or infringing invoice was created using Invoizify, please notify us immediately at Abuse-report email with a copy of the document and transaction details.

3.2. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend suspicious accounts, preserve relevant data logs, and report unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities.
